As Senior Investment Management Analyst, Bryan supports Oak Valley Capital’s underwriting, financial analysis, and investment management activities across the firm’s acquisition pipeline and portfolio.

Bryan is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) with over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, spanning wealth management, corporate finance, consulting, and private equity. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer for two companies, bringing hands-on operational and financial leadership experience to his work.

At Oak Valley Capital, Bryan plays a key role in building and maintaining LBO models, conducting market, financial, and operational analysis, supporting diligence efforts, and monitoring portfolio company financial performance. His work emphasizes analytical rigor, disciplined valuation, and clear, data-driven insights.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego, and has passed the Series 7 and Series 66 examinations
